It is strictly forbidden to bring any kind of drink or food/raw food (including items purchased during excursions and visits during stopovers) or fruits with strong colour and smell onboard in hand or cabin luggage. No irons or any form of heating or cooking equipment is allowed too. The only exceptions are products or foods specifically made for babies, and for certified special diets. Any local produce purchased will be held in store onboard the ship and returned to you at the end of the cruise.

Each person is allowed to bring along up to two pieces of personal luggage onboard. Luggage check-in will be available at the check-in counter. Please ensure that you have attached the luggage tag to your checked luggage before drop-off your luggage. However, open bags, plastic bags and any fragile items in luggage are not encouraged to be checked in. All-important medicine or important documents must not be placed in checked in luggage, as it might take time for your luggage to be delivered to your stateroom.

Cabin number is stated in the Access Card, and it start with the deck number.

During boarding, cruise staff will keep your passport/travelling document and full custody, in order to show the different port agencies. On disembarkation day, passport will be distributed back.

The Safety Manager will conduct a mandatory muster drill 30 minutes before ship sails. International and Maritime Law requires all passengers attend this important drill. Please listen to the announcement for the safety drill, generally during night time. During the drill, all services will be temporarily closed. Please collect your lifejackets and check your access card for assembly station. Vital information will be communicated at this time.

Your indispensable daily guide to all of our onboard activities, including a complete schedule of the day’s events, opening hours for venues and any important announcements. You can find a copy in your stateroom or pick it up from the Reception Counter on Deck 6.

Currency used onboard is Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Foreign currency exchange service is available at the Reception.

The following are accepted onboard:

  • Visa / Mastercard / UnionPay / GrabPay / AliPay / WeChat Pay / Kakao Pay

 

It is not mandatory for guests to provide credit card/debit card or cash deposit to establish their onboard account. However, pre-authorization will facilitate faster Express check-out and final settlement of your account on the last day of your cruise. Alternatively you may approach Reception to settle your account.

During the cruise, you are free to dress as you wish: the atmosphere onboard is informal and casual. Clothing must however be suited to the environment, season, destination (eg. religious sites) or occasion. A jacket or shawl is always advisable. Do remember to bring along appropriate attire for the pool, spa and gym if you wish to use the facilities. Please note, no slippers, swimwear, dressing gowns or active wear are permitted within the indoor public areas, including A la carte restaurants, bars and Zodiac theatre in the evening.

Complete laundry & valet services are offered at an additional fee. Please contact Reception or Housekeeping onboard.

The below equipments is available upon request (limited quantities):

  • Baby pack n play
  • Baby folding crib

Smoking is permitted on open decks and in designated public areas only. Cigarettes and cigars are permitted. Smoking in public rooms, lounges, corridors and restaurants, as well as all staterooms and all suites is strictly prohibited. Please note, if smoke is detected inside a stateroom or suite, a deep cleaning fee will be billed to the guest account.

The Clinic is located at Deck 5 mid ship. You may visit the clinic during the opening hours or call the Reception if you need medical assistance onboard. There will be charges for medical services rendered. Guests are advised to bring their own medical equipment if necessary, please check with Reservation Department before sailing to see if the equipment is allowed onboard. In case of any emergency, arrangements will be made to transport guests to the nearest hospital. Charges are subject to change at any time; medicine charges are additional.

For guests with medical conditions or special care will need to secure approval prior to boarding. Requirements include:

  • Approval from the VP Nautical
  • Medical certificate from the guest’s attending physician, detailing condition and medications
  • Signed indemnity form obtained from onboard Doctor

Bill Settlement

Before disembark, you will need to full settle your accumulated bill. We suggest settling your account the night before or at least three hours prior to disembarkation. Traveller’s cheques is accepted, but not personal cheques. For guest who pay by cash will need to go to the customer service counter to clear the bill. For guest who linked the onboard account with credit card, it will automatically charge to the card, and no queue is required.


Travel Document Collection

Details of collection time and venue will be printed in the programme sheet found in every cabin or at the Reception. Please refer for details.

Suites guests can enjoy their priority check-in, priority embarkation and disembarkation and relax in the designated priority check-in lounge.

1) Required obtain a Clearance Letter from treating physician detailing medical condition and clearing fit to travel.

2) Provide a list and pictures for types and quantity of the Medical Instruments to be brought aboard.
