Deposit: 30% of full payment
Final Payment: required 120 ~ 180 days prior to departure

** Failure to strictly comply with the deposit and final payment schedules, or any other applicable policies and procedures, will result in the automatic cancellation of reservations, and deposit and all prepaid fees & premiums will be forfeited.

** Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses are subject to change and Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to collect any increases in effect at the time of sailing even if the fare has already been paid in full.

** Cancellation policy for Categories with Restrictions (eg: Guaranteed Cabin), certain special offers and other select stateroom types may differs and require full payment at time of purchase.

1. Administration fee of MYR 200 per person (up to Verandah) / MYR 300 per person (Concierge) will be imposed for any cancellation made to booking after booking is confirmed. Other exchange rate difference and bank charges may apply.

2. Amendment charges may incurred for any amendment on existing booking. 

3. No name change or amendment is allowed on existing booking.

4. All the above will be subjected to change without prior notice.

Visa Requirement & Passage Restriction

1. All passports/travelling documents must have at least 6 months validity as at the end of sailing period.

2. Travel restrictions for each destination country may vary according to a passenger's citizenship.Its passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents and visa are in order prior to departure.

3. Minors under 18 traveling without a parent or legal guardian must stay with an adult 21+ in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian must assign custody and control to the adult and complete a Minor Authorization Form for each child. The form, available during Online Check-in on the My Reservations Dashboard at www.disneycruise.com/plan, must be presented by the authorized adult at port check-in.

4. Women who are 24 weeks or more pregnant by the embarkation date or during the cruise will be denied boarding for safety reasons, with no exceptions or liability accepted by Disney Cruise Line for pregnancy-related complications.Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

5. Children aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the cruise will be refused permission to board the cruise ship. The minimum age for Transatlantic, Hawaii, and Panama Canal itineraries is 1 year of age.

6. Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to deny boarding or disembark Guests for health, safety, or legal reasons, including contagious illnesses, ill health, safety concerns, immigration restrictions, or criminal backgrounds, with no refund or compensation provided.

7. NO REFUND will be made to passengers denied embarkation for non-compliance of immigration requirements, or without proper traveling documentation.

8. Guests on roundtrip cruises from Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Brisbane, and Singapore (aged 18+) or other cruises (aged 21+) may bring 2 bottles of wine/champagne (no larger than 750ml) or 6 beers (no larger than 12oz) onboard at embarkation and at each port-of-call. All alcohol must be hand-carried; checked items will be removed and not returned. Liquors/spirits are prohibited. Alcohol purchased during the cruise will be stored and returned at disembarkation. Unclaimed items will be discarded without compensation.

9. Unauthorized commercial activities or solicitation are prohibited. Commercial photography, videotaping, or recording is not allowed without prior approval from Disney Cruise Line. Guests may not display flags, banners, or signs anywhere on the ship, including stateroom verandahs.

10. Disney Cruise Line ships are primarily non-smoking, with designated smoking areas on open-air decks. Smoking is prohibited in staterooms and verandahs; violators will be charged USD 250. Pipes and cigars are also banned in public areas. These policies ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
