  1. Place a booking and the price will be the value of Gift Ticket.
  2. Our system will send a payment notification email to purchaser.
  3. Pay exactly the billed amount.
  4. Receive confirmation email with Gift Ticket attached.
  5. Send this Gift Ticket to your loved ones.
  6. Redeemer has to show Gift Ticket upon check availability or redeem.

Q: What is the NetCruise Gift Ticket?
The NetCruise Gift Ticket is a prepaid cruise ticket that can be redeemed by the one you loved for one-time cruising.

Q: Is there a fee to purchase a NetCruise Gift Ticket?
A: There is no extra fees to purchase a NetCruise Gift Ticket.

Q: Can anyone use my Gift Ticket?
A: Yes, your name does not appear on the Gift Ticket so you may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose.

Q: Will I get the refund for the remaining amount?
A: No credit or change will be given on the unused portion (remaining amount) of the Gift Ticket.

Q: Can I pay the price difference to redeem other available routes?
A: Yes, the redeemer may pay the price difference (based on current prevailing rates) upon redeem.

Q: Can I redeem other routes with on-going promotion?
A: Yes, the Gift Ticket may used to redeem other ongoing promotions but must be same cruise line as purchased.

Q: Who will get the NetCruise points?
A: The purchaser will get 50% of the NetCruise points.

Q: Does NetCruise Gift Ticket expire?
A: The NetCruise Gift Ticket is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

Q: Do NetCruise Gift Ticket need to be activated?
A: NetCruise Gift Ticket will be sent to you already activated so it can be used right away.

Q: Can I redeem a NetCruise Gift Ticket as payment toward an existing booking?
A: Yes, the NetCruise Gift Ticket may be redeemed via "My Booking" or calling our customer service by providing the "redemption code".

Q: Can I redeem a NetCruise Gift Ticket as payment for onboard products and services?
A: No, the NetCruise Gift Ticket cannot used as payment for onboard products, services, taxes, gratuity.

Q: Is the NetCruise Gift Ticket available to be purchased in multiple currencies?
A: At this time, the NetCruise Gift Ticket is only available in RM (Ringgit-Malaysia).  

Q: Can I add funds to NetCruise Gift Ticket?
A: No, you may not add funds to the Gift Ticket it is not reloadable.

Q: Can I cancel my NetCruise Gift Ticket order?
A: No, Gift Ticket orders are final and orders cannot be canceled.

Q: Can a NetCruise Gift Ticket be used to purchase another NetCruise Gift Ticket?
A: No, a NetCruise Gift Ticket cannot be used to purchase another NetCruise Gift Ticket.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

Netquas Holiday Sdn. Bhd. (“NetCruise”, “Our”, “We” or “Us”)

  1. The Gift Ticket is only good for a single sailing.
  2. Gift Ticket may not be redeemed for cash.
  3. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion (remaining amount) of the Gift Ticket.
  4. All cabins are strictly subject to availability at the time of redeem.
  5. The Gift Ticket is an open ticket, redeemer may redeem on any sailing date, any cabin type and any routes but must be same cruise line as purchased.
  6. Purchaser may purchase Gift Ticket either on normal price or ongoing promotion.
  7. If purchased Gift Ticket is bundled with ongoing promotion, the ticket must be redeemed before the promotion ended.
  8. If the Gift Ticket is not redeemed within the promotion period, the redeemer shall need to pay the price difference (based on current prevailing rates) upon redeem.
  9. Gift Ticket may used to redeem other ongoing promotions but must be same cruise line as purchased.
  10. Any additional cost exceeding the value of Gift Ticket will be paid by the redeemer.
  11. 50% of points generated upon purchase will be credited to purchaser account. No points will be granted by redeemer.
  12. The Gift Ticket is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
  13. Gift Ticket cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Ticket.
  14. Gift Ticket has no passenger name specified, one can use it simply by providing us the redemption code.
  15. In the event of any dispute, the decision of NetCruise is final.
  16. NetCruise reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
