Basic term

In order to provide quality services and smooth journey to the subscribers (abbreviated as "you") as well as ensuring both parties deal under ample understanding, NetCruise (abbreviated as "our company") have drawn out the terms of service as following:

  1. Prices shown are quoted in Ringgit-Malaysia (MYR) per person, cruise only, based on double occupancy, included all taxes.
  2. Prices shown in currencies other than Ringgit-Malaysia (MYR) is for reference only, actual price will be based on Ringgit-Malaysia (MYR).
  3. Exact price depends upon selected date of departure, departure city, ship, and stateroom category selected.
  4. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  5. All products and services offered on this website are subject to availability and acceptance, at the discretion of our company.
  6. In the event a product or service booked by you is not available, our company shall use its reasonable endeavours to suggest an alternative product or service of similar pricing and quality.
  7. Submitting your booking(s) to NetCruise does not mean your requested cabin(s) is/are already blocked until payment confirmation is received.
  8. Where the product or service is either not available or our suggested alternative (where applicable) is not acceptable to you but is fully paid, we shall make a refund in accordance with our company refund policy.
  9. If you fail to accept our suggested alternative product or service by the specified deadline, you are deemed to have cancelled your booking and we shall make a refund to you in accordance with our company refund policy.
  10. All offers are capacity-controlled.
  11. Specific offers are for select departure dates only, are subject to availability, are limited, and apply to new bookings only.
  12. May not be combinable with other offers.
  13. Overpaid balance will be stored as credit in NetCruise. The credit will be automatically deducted in your next booking.
  14. To withdrawn the credit, RM5 processing fee is applied.
  15. Cancellation penalties, blackout dates, and other restrictions may apply. It's your responsibility to ensure that you have read and fully understand, agree and accept all the terms and conditions listed in the service or product page that you book/purchase. 
  16. All prices and dates may not be available at time of booking.
  17. All offers are subject to change, and may be withdrawn at any time.
  18. You shall be responsible to obtain legally valid travel documents including visas (where required).
  19. Passengers are advisable to buy travel insurance for journey coverage. No compensation or claim can be made to cruise lines for any injury/illness, any lost luggage, any interruption of the trip, any accident which could happen during the cruise (onboard and ashore).
  20. The service content in this website shall be deemed the original. In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding as to the interpretation of the language or terms, the English language version shall prevail.

 

Online Payment
  • All online payments will be made through Razer Pay, a Malaysia online payment gateway.
  • Our system will NOT store your initial credit card info on file which means that our company will not be able to automatically charge you for any future payments.

Your privacy is important to us.

It is NetCruise's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information. We have outlined our privacy policy below.

  • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
  • We will collect and use personal information solely for fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other ancillary purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
  • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • We will protect personal information by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
  • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
  • We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes.

 

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. NetCruise may change this privacy policy from time to time at NetCruise's sole discretion.

 

E-Reward Card

To help NetCruise members fully understand the special benefits and rewards of the NetCruise E-Reward Card ("Program"), the following Terms and Conditions have been prepared as a reference. Unless otherwise stated, these Terms and Conditions apply to all members.

NetCruise reserves the right to modify the Program rules, conditions, benefits, or rewards at any time without prior notice. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership & Eligibility
1.1 The Program is owned and operated by NetQuas Holiday Sdn. Bhd. ("Company"). Membership is subject to the approval of the Company.
1.2 The Program is open to both Malaysians and non-Malaysians.
1.3 Existing customers will automatically be enrolled as NetCruise E-Reward Card members. Membership is linked to the registered email address.
1.4 Each individual is only allowed to have one membership account.

2. Earning Points
2.1 Points are awarded based on cabin fare: MYR1 = 1 point.
2.2 Points redemption value: 1 point is equivalent in value to 2 cents (100 points = MYR2).
2.3 Members can redeem up to 50% of cabin fare using points, in multiples of 100 points.
2.4 Only the boarding passenger earns points. Points are credited to the member’s account after sailing.
2.5 If the passenger does not have a registered NetCruise account, points will be temporarily stored under the contact person’s account until registration.
2.6 From second booking onwards, members must provide their Reward Card Number to earn points.
2.7 Passengers under 18 years old will have their points credited to the account of adult staying in the same cabin.

3. Redeeming Points
3.1 Members may redeem points for rewards as determined by NetCruise at its absolute discretion. The latest redemption options will be announced through official channels.
3.2 All redemptions are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.3 Points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes. Once redeemed, points cannot be reversed, exchanged, or refunded.
3.4 Upon redemption, the corresponding points will be deducted from the member’s account, with the earliest accumulated points deducted first.

4. Expiration & Account Management
4.1 Points earned are valid for two (2) years from the date of earning. Expired points will be automatically removed.
4.2 Members are responsible for keeping their account details updated.
4.3 Members can view their points balance and redemption history via the NetCruise website.

5. Membership Termination
5.1 Members can request to terminate their membership by contacting Customer Service.
5.2 Upon termination, all unredeemed points will be forfeited.
5.3 NetCruise reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be involved in fraudulent activities or misuse of the Program.

6. General Terms
6.1 NetCruise reserves the right to modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time.
6.2 NetCruise has the sole discretion to determine the eligibility of purchases for points accumulation and redemption.
6.3 Any disputes regarding points must be submitted with proof of purchase, and NetCruise reserves the right to accept or reject such claims.
