HOW TO SIGN UP AS GENTING REWARDS MEMBER?

Simple Steps :

1. Get an application from cruise.

2. Fill out this application form.

3. Keep the Temporary Membership Card attached to this form.

4. Drop the form to collection box at Membership Counter on Deck 7.

5. Receive a Welcome Gift.

 

Reminder :

Your spending onboard can earn points to redeem for cabins and other rewards. You are recomended to get a formal membership card instantly at our Membership Counter on Deck 7 to enjoy the point redemption rewards.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The person to whom the Star Cruise Gentings Rewards Card (the "Card") is issued (the "member") may nominate his/her spouse to be the supplementary cardholder (the "Supplementary Cardholdar") and Star Cruise(C) Limited ("Star Cruises") may at its absolute discretion issue an additional Card to the Supplementary Member. Should Star Cruises issue an additional Card,both the Member and The Supplementary Cardholder shall be jointly and severally liable for the use of the Card and of the additinal Card. The Supplementary Cardholder shall be subjected to and be bound by the same term and conditions as the Member. Termination or cancellation of the Card shall automatically terminate the additional Card. The Member shall have the option to terminate the additional Card at any time by notifying Star Cruise in writing.
2. The Point cannot be exchanged for cash. Generally the terms and conditions upon which the Point may be exchanged for rewards,including the number of Point required to be exchanged for any particular for reward, and the procedures involved in redemption shall be determined by Star Cruise from time to time its absolute discretion and may be amended or changed by Star Cruises from time to time without prior notice.
3. The Point and the Card are not transferable. Any Point earned by the Member and the Supplementary Cardholder will be credited to the respective Membership account accordingly.
4. Star Cruises shall be under no obligation to issue a replacement Card to the Member following its loss or theft. Should Star Cruise issue a replacement Card,Star Cruise shall be entitled to deduct a fixed number of point determined by Star Cruises from time to time from the member's account. In the event that there is insufficient number of points in the member's account,the Member shall upon request pay an administrative fee determined by Star Cruises from time to time in cash to Star Cruises for the replacement card.
5. Star Cruises may at its absolute discretion terminate the use of the card by any Member at any time by cancelling the Card with or without prior notice and with or without cause. Upon such termination or cancellation,the Member shall immediately return the Card and any additional Card to Star Cruises upon request.
6. Star Cruises reserves the right to amend or supplement any or all of these term and conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion. Star Cruises may notify the member of any such amendment or supplement in any manner as it may deem fit. The Member agrees to the bound by such amendment or supplement unless the Card and any additional Card are returned to Star Cruises for cancellation before the date upon which any amendment or supplement is to have effect.

8. By using the Card,the Member shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended and/or supplemented from time to time by Star Cruises.
