Delivery

From 5 days before departure until your departure day, press Redeem Now in "My Booking" to redeem your eSIM - your activation code will be emailed to you right away.

Activation Policy

The validity period starts once the eSIM connects to a supported network and begins using data. You may install the eSIM before departure, but remember to turn it off immediately after installation to prevent the validity period from starting earlier than expected.

How to check if my phone is compatible with eSIM?

Most newer phones from Apple, Samsung, Google, Huawei, and others support eSIM.

Go to your device's Settings, and look under SIM card or Mobile network sections. If your device supports eSIM, you'll see an option to add, activate, or manage an eSIM.

Dial *#06# — if your device shows an EID number, that's a good indication that it supports eSIM.

*#06# 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 * 0 # EID : ************ IMEI IMEI2 MEID Step 1: Dial *#06# Step 2: Look for the EID number EID displayed = your phone supports eSIM

How to install and activate your eSIM

An eSIM-compatible, unlocked phone A Wi-Fi connection Your activation code email

1 Find your activation code

After you redeem, we email you "Your eSIM Activation Code — Booking ______". Each passenger has one code. It looks like this:

LPA:1$ rsp.esimcase.com $ 49HTE-BR481-S5XO1-3G0DA SM-DP+ Address Activation Code Android: paste the whole line · iPhone: enter the two parts separately

Reading the email on the same phone? Long-press the code to copy it, then paste it in the steps below.

2 Install it at home, over Wi-Fi, before you sail

Android
  1. Samsung: Settings › Connections › SIM manager › Add eSIM
Google Pixel & others: Settings › Network & internet › SIMs › Add SIM
  2. When asked to scan a QR code, choose Enter activation code (or Need help? › Enter it manually).
  3. Paste the whole line, starting with LPA:1$, and confirm.
  4. Name the new SIM, e.g. Travel. Keep your home SIM for calls and mobile data for now.
iPhone
  1. Open Settings › Mobile Service › Add eSIM (on some iPhones: "Cellular" or "Mobile Data").
  2. Tap Use QR Code, then Enter Details Manually.
  3. Enter the SM-DP+ Address and the Activation Code. Leave Confirmation Code empty.
  4. Name the new line, e.g. Travel. Keep your home number as the line for calls and mobile data for now.
Then turn the travel eSIM OFF until you arrive.

The validity period starts once it connects and uses data, so keep it off at home. iPhone: Mobile Service › Travel › Turn On This Line (off) · Android: switch the Travel SIM off in SIM manager / SIMs.

3 Turn it on when you arrive

  1. Switch the Travel eSIM line on.
  2. Choose Travel as your mobile data line.
  3. Turn Data Roaming on for the Travel eSIM.
  4. Turn Data Roaming off on your home SIM, to avoid roaming charges.

Good to know

  • Don't delete the eSIM from your phone. An activation code can usually be installed only once.
  • At sea, your phone may connect to the ship's own mobile network, which your home operator charges at high roaming rates. Keep data roaming off on your home SIM between ports.
  • No data after arriving? Check that data roaming is on for the Travel eSIM and that it is your mobile data line, then restart your phone.
